We have two well appointed guest suites, each with stunning panoramic sea views. Our guest rooms have super comfy 'Design Mobel' beds, fresh flowers, fresh magazines, TV and ipod dock with iPods, freshly ground plunger coffee and variety of teas, bathrobes, down duvets, electric blankets, hairdryers, large fluffy towels on the heated towel rails and wool carpets. Complimentary toiletries and nibbles are provided, along with a dedicated guest computer (or wireless key if you have your own laptop). There is a guest fridge for all those bottles of fine New Zealand wine you've picked up along the way.
Please note:
- Due to seasonal demand, from December through April single night reservations are only available in The Captains Room or on a fill-a-gap basis in The Crows Nest room.
- We have two cats so our villa is not suitable for those with cat allergies.
- We are unfortunately not suitable accommodation for those who cannot walk up steps and stairs.

Cancellations: We are sympathetic to unexpected itinerary changes and have a flexible cancellation policy. We do not usually apply a cancellation penalty fee but reserve the right to do so at the following rates:
- Cancellation received 10-5 days before reservation, fee 25% of total bill.
- Cancellation received 4-0 days before reservation, fee 100% of total bill.
- No penalty fee will be charged if replacement bookings are received.
